Plate-type heat exchanger "COMPAC G-G Thin Plate Type"

Compact and lightweight! Capable of producing a wide range from small to large items.

The "COMPAC G-G" is a plate-type heat exchanger for gas-to-gas applications, using thin steel plates (t0.6 to t2.3). Since the elements are flat plate type, they are very compact and lightweight compared to tube-type exchangers. There is minimal performance degradation over time due to dust accumulation, and pressure loss can be kept low, making cleaning easy. 【Features】 ■ Customizable to meet customer needs in terms of materials, configuration, dimensions, and ancillary equipment. ■ The elements have an embossed structure with spot welding, which helps to disperse thermal stress and prevent deformation and damage due to stress concentration. ■ The flat plate design of the elements results in minimal performance degradation over time due to dust accumulation, and it also allows for low pressure loss. Additionally, cleaning is easy. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Plate-type heat exchanger "COMPAC G-G Thick Plate Type"

Contributing to the longevity in cases where corrosion of elements, such as in waste incineration plants, is likely to progress!

The "COMPAC G-G Thick Plate Type" is a gas-gas plate heat exchanger that uses thick plates (t3.0 to t6.0). It contributes to the longevity in cases where corrosion of the elements is likely to progress, such as in waste incineration plants, sludge treatment facilities, and industrial waste treatment facilities. In facilities with a high amount of dust, combining it with an optional scraping duct removal device can significantly reduce dust clogging. Depending on the amount and nature of the dust, maintenance can also be reduced to about once a year. 【Features】 ■ Gas-gas type using thick plates ■ Minimal performance degradation over time due to dust adhesion, with low pressure loss ■ Easy to clean ■ Wider element pitch (flow path width) compared to thin plate types, allowing for the production of products that are less likely to clog with dust *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Plate-type heat exchanger "COMPAC G-L"

It is used for hot water recovery, gas cooling, or as a gas condenser from high-temperature exhaust gas containing dust.

The "COMPAC G-L" is a plate-type heat exchanger for gas-liquid applications made from steel plates (t1.2 to t4.5). It can be manufactured in a wide range of sizes, from small to large. The pressure resistance is suitable for steam applications up to 10 kPa and for liquid applications up to 30 kPa. Since the elements are flat plate type, they are less prone to dust accumulation, allowing for the production of heat exchangers with minimal performance degradation and pressure loss. Additionally, maintenance is easy. We can design units from small to large capacity tailored to your needs, including material, configuration, dimensions, and auxiliary equipment combinations. 【Features】 ■ Gas-liquid type using steel plates ■ Pressure resistance: 10 kPa for steam, 30 kPa for liquid ■ Lightweight, compact, and high-performance, similar to the "COMPAC G-G type" ■ Less prone to dust accumulation, resulting in minimal performance degradation and pressure loss ■ Easy maintenance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
